With the success of its recent collaborations, HUMO has announced its next ‘four hands dinner’ with El Chato restaurant in Colombia on Friday November 10.

El Chato occupies the No.5 spot in Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants and no.1 in Colombia, offering a modern gastro bistro that showcases the country of Colombia’s incredible biodiversity through its menu.

Owner chef Alvaro Clavijo will join with HUMO’s executive chef, Miller Prada, in the main restaurant for one night only with sittings beginning at 6pm and continuing throughout the evening.

Both Colombian chefs will join forces to create a unique menu that is routed into their South American culture, whilst also delving into their individual philosophies and experiences bringing El Chato and HUMO to the heart of the story.
