Residents in Knightsbridge and Belgravia won’t allow a pandemic to prevent them getting together for tea and cake, with the launch of daily ‘virtual tea parties' at St Paul's Church, Wilton Place.

Father Alan Gyle launched the initiative alongside Grosvenor’s Simon Mantle as quarantine rules were put in place across the country.

The tea parties take place from Monday to Saturday at 3pm for 30 minutes and are an opportunity for the community to stay in touch and stave off loneliness caused by extended periods of isolation.

Anyone is invited to join through their smartphone, iPad, tablet, PC or laptop. Use the following link – https://zoom.us/j/693897147 or dial in on 0208 080 6591 and enter meeting ID, 693 897 147.
