Lina Stores, a Soho institution for 75 years that recently opened a new restaurant and deli in King’s Cross, is helping Londoners weather the storm by providing fresh handmade pasta and Italian sauces to hospitality workers who have been made redundant and those in at risk groups.

They are fundraising through donations from a Go Fund Me page, asking those who can, to donate in this time of crisis. 100% of the funds raised will be spent on supplies and staff to produce the food.  As a thank you, anyone who donates more than £20 will get 20% off in Lina Stores’ restaurants through their reopening period.

The team is providing regular updates with how many people have been fed and how people can benefit from these kits. Please follow their Go Fund Me page and social media channels for news.

Masha Rener, head chef at Lina Stores, says, “We want to look after London – the community that has been supporting us for over 75 years. We hope that people will donate what they can to the Go Fund Me, as there are many people who are without jobs and at risk as a result of this global crisis.  We have the resources and the team and we now need your support to feed as many people as we can.”
