Coworth Park, The Dorchester Collectionâs country hotel located in Ascot, has seen some exciting new offerings this summer including the unveiling of its transformed spa. Designed to offer a more intuitive wellness experience, it offers light-filled spaces and calming tones that reflect its natural setting. New features include a poolside thermal experience with a Finnish sauna, citrine-lined steam room and a snow shower, alongside a state-of-the-art gym.
Eight redesigned treatment rooms offer bespoke treatments in partnership with Natura BissĂŠ, ishga, Wildsmith and Made for Life, while the new spa cafĂŠ provides healthy dishes from executive chef Adam Smith.


Adam, who overseas Woven â the hotelâs Michelin-starred restaurant â has also created the culinary experience at TIDE at Coworth Park â a new seasonal terrace restaurant, open Friday to Sunday until August 25. Set on the Upper Terrace overlooking the rose gardens and famous wildflower meadows, the menu celebrates the best of British coastal and countryside produce, alongside ingredients from the hotelâs kitchen garden.
For a quintessentially British experience, donât miss the Garden Afternoon Tea (ÂŁ75). Served daily from 12:30pm to 4:30pm in the Drawing Room and conservatory, it features seasonal sandwiches, freshly baked scones and intricately crafted pastries, all presented on bespoke Duchess China. Garden-inspired cocktails, crisp rosĂŠ or a Wild Idol non-alcoholic drink can be enjoyed at the Rose Lawn or terrace come sunset.
For those looking for more privacy, the Dower House has opened its doors, following a restoration. Dating back to 1775, the Grade II listed three-bedroom private residence, blends historic charm â think oak floors, open fires and snug corners â with contemporary elegance.The kitchen features state-of-the-art Miele appliances and is fully equipped to accommodate both intimate dinners and indulgent meals prepared by a private chef. Youâll even have your own personal wine room. Outside, the terrace offers views over the lake to the polo fields beyond, which host a programme of matches throughout the summer.
