Drink in glorious sun-dappled views of the Surrey countryside – and a large gin and tonic – aboard The Sunset Steam Express.
Enjoy a three-course dinner served in a vintage Pullman-style dining carriage as the train steams through the Surrey Hills (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) at sunset.
Pulled by the ‘Mayflower’ – in its original British Rail apple green livery – the train departs London’s Victoria Station at 6.15pm, heading south across the London suburbs before a steep climb and descending the Vale of Holmesdale.
