Now with three restaurants in Ibiza, Milan and London, IT Restaurants has become synonymous with the gastronomic excellence of southern Italy and the vibrancy of the Balearic islands.
Located in a former gallery on Dover street, it recently hosted a group of Mayfair PAs in its exclusive first-floor space. IT showcased some of its signature dishes with canapés and small plates, including parmigiana and raw fish delicacy, tartare di ricciola e agrumi (yellowtail tartare and citrus). Bernice cocktails were served alongside wines from IT group’s head sommelier.
