New images of the Battersea Power Station development show panoramic views from the roof terrace being built under the latest phase.

Electric Boulevard is the third stage of the regeneration project.

It includes Battersea Roof Gardens which will become one of the largest roof terraces in Europe.

Simon Murphy, CEO of Battersea Power Station, said the area was set to be “one of the most exciting new neighbourhoods in London”.

The computer generated images show phase 3 of the project, Electric Boulevard.

This includes the roof gardens – an undulating building with a glass façade. A hotel will occupy the northern end with a rooftop swimming pool and bar.

The other part is Prospect Place – five buildings with striking sculptural facades.

At the centre of Electric Boulevard, The Flower will form a focal point and is intended to be a new landmark for London.

The release of the images coincides with the opening of a marketing suite to showcase the development. It features a 2.4 metre high interactive model of the Power Station.

Apartments in the new development start at £510,000.

Mark Hutton, head of sales and lettings at the power station, said more than £120 million of property had been sold in the past year.

There were “strong levels of interest” from both British and international buyers, he said.

“These homes will undoubtedly be some of the finest residences in London, with arguably the best views of the city and along the River Thames.”
